LOL, they're all flagged there, Grand Cayman Island is 22mi by 8mi and has 600 fucking banks on it. [ link to en.wikipedia.org] Tax reasons mostly IIRC. Yeah, I saw a documentary where they were showing the post office. It has thousands more p.o. boxes than the entire population of the island.
