President Obama is quoted in a New Yorker column by hooked-in journalist Ryan Lizza as believing the most important issue to address in his second term would be climate change “ Obama has an ambitious second-term agenda, which, at least in broad ways, his campaign is beginning to highlight. The President has said that the most important policy he could address in his second term is climate change (italics mine), one of the few issues that he thinks could fundamentally improve the world decades from now. He also is concerned with containing nuclear proliferation.” [ link to www.americanthinker.com] Quoting: DILKe Yes: climate change that THEY are causing with that damned HAARP toy of theirs. If they STOP heating the ionosphere and stop altering the weather, all will return back to normal.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 10164827 Generally, I don't take American Stinker's claims for granted – especially not in before elections; I don’t believe Obama actually said that climate changes are “the most important issue”. Nevertheless… The Climate Changes are a statistically proven, empirically fact – regardless if they are man-made or not. You can keep on believing that the records tornadoes, draughts, floods and heat waves are caused by the HAARP or any other magic devices – yet climatologists predicted these effects decades ago. So many of you are buying into most preposterous doom prophecies based on numerology, vague interpretations of Biblical verses, “prophetic dreams” and mysticism while refusing to believe in the doom that is slowly unfolding in front of your very eyes. A vast majority of paranoid theories and doomsday prophecies are distraction from the real issues, hidden in a plain sight. * Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17772998 Just a few years ago the government and their paid climatologists were saying that we were going to slip into an ice age. There was just as much panic back then as there is now. So which doom are we really facing, the ice age, or a tropical paradise? Is your solution to Cap & Tax? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17811310 What???? Can you support you claim that " few years ago... climatologists were saying that we were going to slip into an ice age" with a trustworthy source, please??? Maybe some dissenting scientist had that idea but it was never a common notion - at least not few years ago. No, additional taxes are definitely NOT my choice; instead of taxpayers, I'd rather grab corporations for their balls. * Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17772998 Really? What would you like to grab the corporations by their balls for? Global warming? Global cooling? Global climate change? Because you like grabbing balls?
