India has 1.2 billion people, China 1.3 billion.
These 2 nations alone are responsible for most of the pollution on the planet.
Yet neither will sign up to any requirements on the carbon scam.
And are actually behind it but for us the west not them.
But when I say most of the pollution, I mean far more toxic pollution than simply C02 the natural atmospheric gas.
The C02 tax is a communist ideology to stop the west growing and help the third world grow to take over the west.
