Police Brutality: Cops Beat down 18 year old kid & Charged with Aggravated Assault and Resisting Arrest

Philly has turned into a pit. This is what happens when a community has a majority population growing up and living in broken homes and the break down of the stable family unit. Boys become too much to handle for mom or grandma, many end up roaming around the streets at all hours committing predatory crime, dropping out of school, etc. It's pathetic to see in many of these incidents what appear to be large numbers of sullen grown men 'hanging out'.

P.S.: I grew up in big cities. This shit is out of control

I see no problem except on the part of the parents of the boy who raised a complete idiot. The parents should be shot and not allowed to re-produce ever again.

When violence like this happens, that 'YOUTH' should be given manadorty sterilzation. Then those ingnant genes will disappear.

Just another typical day in Philly. Watch the 6pm and 11pm news on any channel. Always a shooting someplace in the city on a daily basis. Once the SHTF the inner city will kill each other off. before those left over start to venture into the burbs. Then it'll be open season on the left over scum.

Yeah i grew up in Minneapolis until my teens then moved out to the Chicago area... both cities are pretty much you described in certain area's and its sad to see such wasted youth lost and roaming the streets with no real goal in life other than crime. While some of them are genuinely rotten and deserve where they are at..others however really could of turned out productive and done good for themselves..

I have a few friends that grew up in that kind of environment and they really have a good heart and are law abiding people with respect for others but they seem so ..i dont know how to put it..i guess they seem so brainwashed from their environment and surroundings that they literally are stuck in there (parents to blame? Not sure, but its my guess)..almost as if they are scared to leave the area because they have no real direction or motivation in them to understand what their goal should be. Its sorta like someone that has been in prison all their life and when they finally get released after serving most of their life in prison...they actually commit a crime on purpose to go back to prison to live out the rest of their life in prison because they feel comfortable and actually feel safe being in prison rather than going into the free world and doing something positive with their life...like i said its really hard to explain what i've seen and noticed with some of these guys i grew up with in High School,etc...but to this day they are still stuck in their same environment even though they do not belong in there because of their great personality, humility and respect they do have for others...weird and so strange
