A lot of people don't fly that used to in the good old days. Some people have to fly. Others only if they absolutely have to. The airlines made up for the losses by herding people like cattle, cutting flights, and paying their employees shit.

As a former GSC, there is no fucking way I would make unsubstantiated claims like the Southwest GSC did (you fucking idiot!).
