it helps you gain a level of comfort from just being with yourself...

most of us cannot detach because we don't "like" to be alone.. we've been trained to view being alone as "lonely" or a bad thing...

it is training yourself to look within for solace and comfort...and to not view your inner voice as some "schizophrenic" creation of a delusional mind...


exercises in sitting in complete silence are great- and if you can't get complete silence - get a good pair of headphones and play sounds of the elements....

start with baby steps- there is no rush.. you set the timing for your own development..

Personally, I would not take the 'scientists' word for it friend. They only 'think' with half their brain - the LEFT side. There is much 'truth' to the Universe that our 'scientists' will never teach you. Either because they do not understand or the 'group think' mentality does not permit them to do so without being alienated and vilified among their 'community'. Keep an open mind. Things are not always what they seem.

You need to have your government shut down all your nuclear plants, because if we get hit with a huge flare it wont matter how balanced and in tune you are because the flare will fry all the computers running them and the northern hemisphere will go nuclear postal..

Science is constantly trying to disprove it's theories, that's what science does, the experiments are repeatable. Until someone can come along and disprove it, then science is our fundamental set of rules which define how reality behaves. I will always be inclined to listen to a scientist rather than some bloke on youtube who says otherwise. It's nothing to do with not having an open mind, it has everything to do with reason and good judgement, something, which sadly a lot of people these days seem to lack.

What do I propose you do? Abandon fear-based emotions. You will only find 'doom' if you seek it out in your consciousness. 'Scientists' being incorrect is a commonplace occurrence and as a human race we have an infantile understanding of what transpires in this universe on a cosmic or macro level. All I'm saying is, do not place all your faith in the scientific community because you will be severely disappointed when you discover that there is so much to this universe that 'science' does not inform you about. Sometimes you have to feel and experience it first-hand.

I understand it was a rhetorical thread but my perspective is... Any proposed solution based from the mind/ego will surly fail and be for not. There is only one place to seek shelter and that is in the heart as nothing can disturb you there if it doesn't come in love as nothing else can enter. All you need to 'let go' of is fear-based emotions. You can still care for your children without identifying with fear.

You will always love your children..BUT you have to respect each souls karma even if it is family, friends, or enemy... I know that is hard to grasp sometimes since we are so "attached" to our loved ones....all we can do is love them....Ram Dass quote" all we are doing is walking eachother to the end".
