One day we will realize there's no difference between mental and physical symbols.
But until then, you can experiment to see which one works best. A mental symbol is easily shared with others, though.

Actually, yes, thank you for pointing out where I should clarify. It's not so much a bridge I'm looking for, but a more consistent merger? Where duality becomes unity. Mentally I am quite "strong". The recent years have been about my learning how to translate that into my physical experience. Or how to translate my physical experience more mentally? Now I'm confused. Haha. Perhaps to clarify the question can be, "Don't you find the bridge every night?"
