I agree, it's a connected event. One I hope happens more often until it becomes my reality.

I wonder how much of what Chaol actually practices is meditation or is it visualization? I hadn't seen the instructions you mentioned, but I do remember him saying to concentrate on Sekhmet until she is standing in front of you.
I guess you could call it a guided meditation, LOL!
As far as I can tell, the difference in Chaol's method and our meditation, is I don't think Chaol's exposes one to the "astral" world. Whereas, what we practice puts us smack dab in the astral world.

This is why "visualizing" is the key.

From my experiences with it, I don't care for it. All I ever experienced were beings who wanted to harm me, or forceably wanted my physical body or meeting lots of dead people who wanted help....too many so that I was overwhelmed. I started to wonder if this is what's meant by the Adam and Eve story of not eating from the tree of "good and evil." With evil being the intent of opening chakras and entering the astral world. This could also explain why so many seem incarnated now with the veil pierced. Maybe they partook of the tree in another lifetime...which of course, is this lifetime since all is now, heh!
I found it very interesting though, that I felt pain in the third eye region with our shared experience. But, I feel good about how this is taking place. The intent is not to open the third eye, but to partake of a different world. For some reason, this feels better to me.
