Until better labels are developed, a psycopath will always be someone who is better at you than everything you do, and thinks less of it than you would in his situation.
A sociopath is the same, but he didn't have to work to get there. It comes naturally.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17875986 not so. Psychpathology is a general nonspecific term that means psychological pathology, but has been used in common parlance to indicate any imagined seriously mentally ill criminal. I dont think there is any 'official' designation as such in professional literature, DSM#. A sociopath is simply one specific subset of psychopathology with a constellation of connecting features. Any of you with a degree in this stuff that can actually bill for their opinions? I didnt think so... justa buncha amateurs frontin..
