When is Sheriff Joe going to challenge Romney's eligibility?

What Joe sent to Florida is legally worthless. The judge, like all judges on the birther cases, will do his job. Joe will be ignored, Obama will still remain president and a candidate on the ballot.

he's talking about the S Ct, not south or north carolina. they refused to hear it on grounds that one party didn't have standing, so no substantive issues have ever been heard by any court. should this go to trial anywhere and get to discovery, it would lay bare the whole corrupt system, the one that pays the judges salaries and pensions, so guess what the outcome will be.

Romney's birth document has many of the same problems as the orignal document President Obama's team released in its first attempts to keep the birthers at bay. Again, it's merely a "certificate of live birth." The document was issued by the State of Michigan on January 18, 2012. It shows a father born in another country -- Mexico this time, instead of Kenya. As The Guardian points out, the certificate was filed March 17, 1947, five whole days after Romney was born: "How can Mitt Romney explain this mysterious five day gap during which time he may (or may not) have been smuggled in from Canada? – the foreign country bordering on Michigan.

Anyone who doubts that Obama is NOT legally eligible is frankly a moron. His father was not a US citizen. That makes him ineligible. Arguing that the judiciary doesn't have the balls to remove a sitting president doesn't negate the facts, moron.

Obama’s narration states that he was born Aug. 4, 1961 at Kapiolani hospital in Honolulu. That report came after several earlier reports alleged he was born in Queens hospital.

However, after a flurry of high-profile media interviews in which he blasted “birthers,” Abercrombie suddenly went silent even though polls reveal nearly six on 10 doubt Obama’s own eligibility story.

He told the Honolulu Star-Advertiser about Obama’s documentation: “It actually exists in the archives, written down.” The Daily Mail however, said Abercrombie “suggested that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.”

However, when Obama wanted the records, the state instantly waived a ban on reproducing long-form birth certificates and copies were produced to be delivered to Judith Corley, a private attorney.

Loretta Fuddy, director of health in Hawaii in 2011 when Obama made the request, wrote, “We hope that issuing you these copies of your original Certificate of Live Birth will end the numerous inquiries received by the Hawaii Department of Health to produce this document.”

That document Abercrombie said “may not exist” later was the subject of a law enforcement investigation, which concluded that it likely is a forgery, and if presented as a valid government document, that action could constitute fraud.

Yep. It will be another birther fail. Currently the birthers have 0 wins, 131 losses, and 10 pending.

Let's check the affidavit what is the good Sheriff willing to say under penalty of perjury:

"Upon close examination of the evidence, it is my belief that forgery and fraud was likely committed in key identity documents including President Obama’s long-form birth certificate, his Selective Service Registration card and his Social Security number."

So Sheriff believes that something has likely happened? Actually that means absolutely nothing!

I have a feeling, as time goes on, this is going to become more and more of an issue. Once upon a time, most people were born here. Now with the advent of the airplane, people are born all over the world and brought here.

Honestly, I have no clue, because there is absolutely no valid documentation for either side. Just a lot of inconvenient circumstantial and forged info.

What I know is that he's hiding something. Now, whether that something is that he was born in Kenya and is basically an illegal alien living under several identities, or that he is actually a natural born citizen because his real father is actually Frank Marshall Davis or Malcolm X, or that he's a CIA asset of impossible proportions, I just don't know.

But I'll tell you what I *do* know:

He's not Barack Hussein Obama, born on whatever date and in whatever Hawaiian hospital his Bill Ayers ghost-written "autobiography" says.

the most important topic here is not the birth certificate issue, it is why are people like obama and romney with flawed backgrounds put forth as candidates? it is because they are easily controlled by the interests who are running this whole show, and thos interests not the dems, reps, obama or romney. this issue should not ever be lost sight of during any of this fraud debate.

The man in office is a fraud just like the ones before and after. You have no choice it is just illusion.

Yes, but since you can't even use punctuation properly, you're probably too ignorant and stupid to even work in the Obama freakshow. Even if you are a transgender child molester, which are two pluses when applying for work with The First Gay President, you'd be too much of a liability, and would no doubt cause his house of cards to collapse because you'd fail to cite a case correctly, or show up in court with no pants, something like that.
