Answer to riddle can be found in misspellings (acronyms)
IN THE FINAL analysis there is a floating island above the CIA HQ which aligns with the GPS.

Solving Morse code arrangement meant removing its key word(s) i.e. words with letter “e”, such as EEEEEE.

It was interesting the CIA guy Allen Dulles was secretary of state and involved with the King Tut find possibly confiscating treasures and hiding them. Perhaps how he became important enough to get high in the CIA (OSS).Carter was an artist involved with museums much like James Sanborn. Perhaps we are supposed to divine some significant coordinates involved with a WW location and use that compass rose for direction as a former clue was to ÏD by Rows (rose?).The petrified wood for the sculpture came from Arizona so perhaps the coordinates for the hidden treasure lies there in something related to WW.Some mountain or canyon there.

The bottom right corner of K4 if you rearrange so KRYPTOS is aligned on the right side making the NYP VTT separated by a wall of letters like BERLIN is leaves Kryptos Arc pretty obvious.

On the bottom left is VT MT which could be Victoria Mountain in AZ where the MM site is which goes by Salome Jug and known as the anointing jug of MM.It's located near the 33rd degree by 33rd degree location above Lake Roosevelt north of Phoenix. There is also that hidden Circlestone location close by with that guarded rectangular box in the center.A book about some of this is Rebel Gold by Bob Brewer and Warren Getler.

The urim and thummin looks like a Tau (T) stone which fits in a ring like stone device of same material.

I would doubt the CIA is any part of hiding anything sacred and religious for any good cause. Likely they captured those who hid the urim and thummin and put this out to locate where they hid it to confiscate and destroy it.
