There was only 1 major quake on this day. It was in the sea just south of Osaka a 4.5 about 352km deep.

This is almost surly related.

Yesterday on June 11, 2012, Chinese city Wuhan was almost invisible to the naked eye as the entire city surrendered to a mysterious thick haze that covered the city in a yellowish color. Due to the sudden appearance of this weird fog, residents living in the city were advised to stay inside their home’s while most others went through their daily routine wearing masks.

Chinese News agency Xinhua reported this to be a result of burning straw. Although most residents in the city believes the cause of this to be something different than this so called burning straw incident or an industrial accident because this is something they’ve never experienced before.

“At first I thought it was going to rain. In 31 years in Wuhan I have never known anything like it. We are very worried because we do not know what it is.” said resident Li Yunzhong

China is a country that is already going through a lot of environmental issues from industrial pollution. But this is something no one have ever seen before. People in the city are still living in fear, wondering what this yellowish haze really is.

The first thing that came to mind was and under water slide of some type or dredging. Strange that it happened so suddenly.

This is a quote from a website called Fukushima Diary:

However, could the color of the water in Osaka Bay have changed due to material that caused the recent yellow haze over the area falling out of the air into the water of the bay?

i really think that this news deserves a pin untill further info becomes available.i mean it is a sign of a big quake building,also the dead sardines in the same area,its gotta be connected.with fukashima just hanging on a thread,we need to watch this carefully.could it be a sulpher release?im sure the smell would have been reported if it was.

Look up Yellow sea and see where it gets it's name.

There are tours of the Yellow sea from Osaka.

And pull up a map you moran and see that the dust storm I linked is also over southern Japan and Osaka is in southern Japan.

Might just be a coincidence huh?

Considering the past correlation between water discoloration and the 1995 earthquake, the recent fish kill there and now this sudden water disoloration, I'd say it's very prudent (and NOT fearmongering) of the Japanese people to be on "alert" for a possible major EQ...
