Help, PayPal stinks! Phen it didn't work.

Anybody have any advice? Please!

Guys, I really like the forum, but paypal...REALLY! I couldn't even understand the girl on the phone. I want to stay a paying member here, but if this is the ONLY way, I don't know. There must be a better company, isn't there?

Am I the only one that has had trouble like this? The way my week has been, that's probably true!

Thx, AC. I don't know where the girl I talked to was, she was very polite, it's just her accent was VERY heavy. I can't get it fixed on their website. I'm at a stand-still with this.

Why don't you just open a new account with PayPal?

I have never had any problems with them and have used them a lot over the years.

Hey, Bluebird. I guess that's what I'll have to do, but after them sending me an e-mail yesterday saying I needed to update my account and then, they tell me today I didn't have an account, I'm not too sure I have enough confidence in them.

Am I missing something? I've never used them until I subscribed here. We used hubs debit card and he forgot he had to get a new one with a new expiration date. The old one broke. That's why it didn't go through. When I tried to update the account, that's when they said they had no record of my account/e-mail. What's up with that?

Are you logged in when you get that error? (No e-mail address.)

Pay-pals site wouldn't let me log-in. They had no record of my e-mail or account. Where did it go?

Are you positive you're using the same e-mail address to log in as you did when you first set up the account? Could you have used your hubby's e-mail address? Or did you get a new on since?

Log out then back in. (to GLP)

Yes, I'm postive I'm using the same e-mail. It's the only one I've had for years. I have the confirmation e-mail printed out from the first time I signed up. Nothing's changed, just the expiration date on the card.

You have a gold star and months of time on your account, so I do not understand the problem?

Nothing to do with us, just PayPal, as I understand it?

I've heard of people having trouble with them before, but nothing like having an account, then being told you don't have an account. What the heck!?

I've used PayPal for quite sometime now and have never had any issues at all.

You definitely need to look hard into this with PayPal, call several extensions and demand answers.

Maybe you're using the wrong password. Go to paypal.com and under the login box click "Problem with login?"

Then tell it to email your password.
