Been to the doc.. first they gave me steroidal cream.. it worked.. but then another doc said that was a terrible idea and stopped me.. it came back.. then they gave me elidel... it seemed to work at first.. but gave me TERRIBLE headaches, and has a black box warning, and when i stopped using it.. the flare up was twice as gnarly.... Ive tried coconut oil.. it didnt seem to work.. ive tried all types of moisturizers including aloe.. I think i need to nip this from the inside out.. ANY TIPS? clearly im allergic to something.. but I nothing has really changed.. and this showed up 2 months ago. HELP?

Peoples body chemistry is slightly different.

You might try Systane eye lubricant for more comfort. Or not.

You need more fat in your diet. Try eating a handful of Macadamia Nuts prior to each meal. I had the same problem above my right eye. This solved the issue for me.

Take a 14 carat gold ring, rub it across denim, your jeans will do. Do it fast, and build up friction. This will cause the gold to heat up. While the ring is still hot, press it against the rash/eczema. Leave it there until the gold is cool. Wash the ring in hot soapy water, rinse and dry.
