That's a good point OP.


Some people have problems even pin pointing the answer to the initial question......what is it that is making you anxious.?


It is part of our human and flesh nature to easily fall into nervousness, fear, etc. It happens to everyone quite frequently.


I guess the main thing is to catch it quickly......and try to identify the root causes of it.


When you really think about it......anxiety and fear are the opposite of faith. And all of us have lapses of faith at times.


Having a child being born is very stressful.....as well as deaths in the family.....job changes, etc.


But I do know that God can increase His presence and be very close to you during those very difficult moments. He did this for me and my wife during the last six months of her life. She is in paradise now.
