Sky News:

New Powers To 'Snoop' On Emails And Calls

The Government will today announce legislation leading to a huge expansion of surveillance powers of communications on the internet and mobile phones.

The Communications and Data Bill will allow the police and security services to keep track of who is calling who on mobile phones, the email addresses of all correspondents, and the personal IDs of people chatting on social networking sites.

See, this just goes to show the NWO is already here. Labour tried this circa 2006 and got shot down in flames by...the tories for it, 5 years on the same shit gets floated by a different party, ffs people if you haven't worked out yet that the colour changes but the policies stay the same, there really is no hope.

UKIP aren't the be all and end all but fuck me they are starting to look much better

I talk about these surveillance tactics from the Gov with my friends, but all too often, the conversation ends up coming round to this

No problem, us Brits are well conditioned to accept this.

That was sarcasm, but yes most brits will accept this without question, but that said many of us do stand up for what we believe in and we also have privacy groups, but as a poster above said, labour promoted this kind of thing and the tories rejected it only to bring it back again at a later date, mid term.
But don't worry, we on this island are the NWO experiment and once implemented and if it works it will come to you.

In 2008 David David a conservative made his resignation speech while Labour was still in power. He voiced his concerns regarding the issue concerning the civil liberties of the British people.
But now we can see that the Conservative/Lib Dems coalition have made an about turn.

Here on the Ilse of Man they have been doing it for years, no laws to say they can but with the blessings of deamster, mlc's, high ranking police and past and present chief ministers.

Oh by the way, I should have put corrupt in front of each of the above.

They've already been doing this for years. They're just being open about it now so they can legitimately make arrests.
:sun:Ardhanarishvara | You died, and death was complete freedom from suffering - bliss. But it very quickly got lonely and repetitive in bliss, so you decided to be born once more. You've been doing this forever.

Whilst I may not agree with what you say, I will defend to the death my right to disagree with you.

The way I see it, this kind of thing affects everyone the world over.

Of course some countries do not have it as bad as Britain just yet.

And Britain does not have it as bad as some others, China comes to mind.

Give it time and even those lands that think they are free from beady eyed officials will wake up one day to find that every phone call they have made has been listened to by more than the people they are calling, every letter written, every email sent every text message sent every parcel sent has been read or seen by ten or more Government officials or agency, sub-contractor employees before the intended recipient, and that when they look out of their windows at the dawn skies they will be confronted with with cameras on every corner looking right back at them.

Paranoid?

I live in Britain, I am not paranoid because I know that I am really being watched by a Government that really does have bad intentions towards my well being.
