Try buying a wine at Trader Joes or Sprouts. It seems like EVERYWHERE they are dumping 2011 wine. Can't find but a bottle or two of wines at Trader Joes that are not 2011. And is anyone testing these wines? LOL? Of course not! Drink up! Get rid of the evidence! Peace out!
Quoting: Houndjog 26157991 Stop making a contoversy over nothing. This is common practice. People who are wine drinkers know that most varietals are released about 2 years after harvest. Next year you will see 2012 hitting the shelves, then 2013 during the 2015 calendar year. The higher quality varietals (your Merlots and Cabs) age a little longer, most typically in oak. Steel barrel aged wines are not aged as long as in oak, and are therefore bottled and released sooner. Nothing to see here folks.
