There are people that are born with hormonal imbalances and other issues that have a direct link to sexual orientation but I would suggest that they are the MINORITY of the gay community. So you think most choose to be gay? I don't know if "choose" is the right word. I think it is more of a sexual fetish that some people have that is increasingly promoted by society. Not all that many years ago there was great shame attached to homosexual acts. Gays were bashed and mocked openly and people who had the desire to experiment faced the very real proposition of being shunned by society should they "give in" and act on their fantasies. Recently that social pressure has lessened to the degree that people who have these fetishes are no longer fearful to act on them because, after all, "everyone's doing it". I wouldn't classify this type of person as being "born gay." They seem to have a mixed up sense of sexuality where they could be equally comfortable with either sex depending on their mood at the time. How else do you explain a woman who enjoys sex with men yet has a number of female lovers, also? This is very common today. Much more so than it was, say, 20 years ago. Just like abortion, prescription drug use, gay marriage, etc that we have seen glamorized on tv, and been programmed to either accept it, or be called a bigot. All that was by design from satan himself, IMO. Truth is the new hate speech in this age of absurdity!
