Re: 150 Million Americans That's HALF Are Struggling With Poverty Yet Republicans Won't Spend Domestically.
The philosophers of ancient Greece and Rome considered Greed the root of all of mankind's evils. From it spawns all the atrocities we are capable of inflicting on our fellow man. Gluttony, envy, lust, anger, vain pride...etc...all have roots in the core of greed.

It is somewhat enlightening to read over the empty attempts to justify this thing, the worst of human traits.

I am all for someone doing as well as they can...but when they have to step on someone to get that next rung on the ladder and knowingly inflict harm and pain and suffering in pursuit of material gain and carnal pleasures...they have fallen from the light and embraced the animal that dwells in the darkest recesses of the human mind. Sad really

people really need to step back and seek within themselves what the meaning of life is...for me, it is NOT the acquisition of "stuff".

"There is no higher honor than service to humanity"...(author unknown)

"The price of apathy in public affairs is to be ruled by evil men"...Plato
 Quoting: Damrod

And who decides, Damrod, who is greedy, you? A group that you agree with?

Is your understanding of the meaning of life the only and true understanding?

How is it that you decide exactly what "fallen from the light" means. Are you God?

If there is no higher honor than service to humanity does this mean that Hitler and Stalin and so many others meet your criteria? How about bush and obama and pelosi and reid. Are they serving humanity?

And the price of apathy in your Plato quote, does this mean give and keep on giving? Surely you must be doing that right?

The greatest service you could do by your philosophy is to be impoverished, right?

No Bitch, you're twisting things to extremes. keep your fucking money, but carry a gun so the starving masses can't break your fucking head and rob you. I'm serious about that.

The reason half the country is poor is because they pay for the other half to live in luxury. The only thing Obama has done is give to the 1%'ers, politicians, government employees and big unions. He don't care about the starving half. He's just making the rich even richer.

Well, bitch, guess your philosophy doesn't have a moral grounding, does it? In spite of your high minded rhetoric. It is really lies and garbage isn't it? So much for a moral compass, but then I never really thought you had one to begin with.

The starving masses will probably include me, bitch. So I would be careful who you make threats too.

And I would be very prepared to be in a gunfight, but your whining kind doesn't even know what that even means.

And I am "serious about that".

I also note that you are unable to reply to anything I said in a coherent and reasoned manner.

Except with profanity and threats.

It is those in power, who wish to maintain a military supremacy, and control over its masses, the way to do this of course is supression of the poor. Also make the poor so reliant on the system for there survival, keep them preoccupied in just surviving, making sure they have a bad diet, so be preoccupation with health matters ( and thus a limited life span, hence reduce the problem of maintain unproductive people.) Make them so poor, that joining the military is a lucrative proposition, hence more cannon fodder for pointless, and self creative wars, which are good for business (since the US and UK are the 1st and 2nd biggest arms dealers in the world.)
Never believe what you see, never believe what you hear. Both can be fooled.

Its easy to say cut spending when you have money, but what the Republicans are overlooking is a potential split in America that can have dire consequences.

Half of Americans are poor or facing becoming poor. While publicly people are running around thinking that the OTHER guy is the burden on society, they are going home and facing being two pay checks away from eviction, going hungry in a nice house, or going on Food Stamps and Section8 to keep a rook over their heads and food.

Americans are starting to see who these Republicans and Tea Partyers work for and are waking up. Unfortunately not fast enough though.

We borrow 45 cents out of every dollar we spend.

The cuts have to come and are coming whether you like it or not.

It is idiotic to spend money we do not have and it is mathematically impossible to keep this stupidity up.

And the first two things that need to be looked at are Medicare and defense, our largest expenditures.

Somehow "mathematically impossible" doesn't seem to sink in for these people. I guess they believe in magic money.

First off...I'm not the one that replied to your moronic rant. I don't post as an anonymous.

Second. The philosophy of the ages is the only wisdom left on this planet...as can be seen from your childish tirade...you obviously have never sought wisdom or knowledge and it shows with every word you typed.

But please, continue to prove how stupid, uneducated and ignorant you are...I am enjoying the raging puke you are spewing.

Republicans are spending on themselves, their rich friends, there partners and wifes, their dogs and cats and horses, and gardens and big houses, and butlers and maids, and nice new designer suits and cars and holidays and helicopters.

Of course they are spending, just not on the cannot see cannot hear, out of sight out of minded, poor people.
