let me get my breath back ok,, here it goes I was at this building and there was this mirror wall at the end of the hall, it was like 9pm sudenly I started to hear strange noises like vibrations then I saw this individual dressed all in black walking straight out from the mirror, i almost crappped my pants,

Its only "normal" insofar as demonic activity is normal. Its going to become more common as we squeeze the last moments of time out. Several years ago I had a dream I believe was to occur during the coming tribulation but could be wrong about that...That horrible demons were manifesting themselves to people plainly. I saw someone watching t.v. and then a big wormy looking creature appeared on the screen and they said, "what's that?" and then the creature came out of the screen and physically attacked them. I think it killed them.

I've seen some shadow people that walk through my house like they're all in a hurry.
I've never seen a solid ghost though just appear out of no where.
Maybe you're mirror is a portal?
Crazy, I would be just about crapping myself.
Even though I know intuitively it's all real, seeing reality shatter like that is just shocking no matter how prepared you think you are.

Some ghosts are full form. They are indistinguishable from a real person. They are known to have conversations with people for a couple minutes, get up, then walk through a wall. They are called lepkes.

Let's not assume though, you may very well have had a hallucination. Does that mean you are insane if you did? No, it doesn't. There are a number of medical explanations for what happened other than lunacy. For example, prescription side effect, extreme stress, sleep deprivation, alcohol abuse, and many more.
