Friends of the Forces of Light probably equals the group I refer to as the "Peoples of Conscience," not the GFL. You will never, ever see the Peoples of Conscience. They don't take people up to their ships and they don't expose themselves to view by any human instrumentation. They most certainly do not send smarmy "beloved" messages through for-profit channelers to end up as YouTube videos. You get introduced to these folks only through an active member who has made personal telepathic contact. There are probably less than 20 people in the entire world who have had this contact, of whom no more than a handful have been introduced. Of those, only one has been given the right to address the assembly.

GFL does not equal Council of Anubis. I cannot confirm or deny whether Council of Anubis actually exists as I have had no contact with or heard any mention of any such group, however, the entire Egyptian pantheon is a mix of Orionid and (splinter) Anunaki (Lyran), so it would follow that anything identifying with Anubis would be Orionid and Lyran. GFL is supposed to be made up of a much more varied collective.

ADDENDUM: I should mention that I have never taken anything stronger than ibuprofen in my entire life.
