Which is exactly what you are doing.
No offense young one, but you should not attempt to teach until you can atleast recognize your self as a teacher.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17844779 Why the need to be condescending? Everyone's experiences will vary, some will struggle with these changes, others will not. If you have a different 'take' on this, why not share your experience for others to learn from? Much better than being antagonistic and condescending, which derails the thread. Quoting: ANHEDONIC The Op was telling people they will have thoughts of suicide if they meditate. I have a problem with that. sorry. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17844779 I didn't necessarily relate to every conceptualization in the original post but I do recognize that every individual's perspective will be unique to his/her own experiences. People have suicidal thoughts even without going through this process so I don't think it's blasphemous that it was mentioned, because the psychological & physiological changes can be very confusing & disorienting. Perhaps it would be more constructive to chime in and offer your own perspective rather than go after the OP's credibility. He had his experience, you had your experience, I had mine... There is some common ground mixed in there, which is what's valuable for others in having this discussion.
