They either don't have a clue what the real cause is or their covering up something else. What is important to them is that the public doesn't panic. If they can blame it on a drug, people will ignore what is going on and continue to live their lives.

I done the bath salts once other than being crappy speed I didn't have the urge to eat anyone's flesh. This is total BS.
There is something else going on here and it doesn't have anything to do with speed.

I don’t think people realize how bad a bath salt binge can be, been a year and my brother still is not ok in anyway shape or form, he makes meth heads look sane.

Permanent bleeding of the brain, constant black outs, ZERO short term memory. His daughter left a can of pop on his kitchen table and 15 min after she left he freaked out because he thought someone broke in his place and had lunch. He didn’t remember his daughter was even over to visit him.

One more time, bath salt is processed as a cocaine product by the body, people with coke problems are hooked on bath salts before they even try it! Once they start they black-out and keep binging. This is why this drug is ravaging communities, crack heads are already hooked on it, and they just don’t realize it.

Bath salts have been around sense the late 1920’s, people knew better and left this drug alone for decades. But someone sees a profit and a way to get around drug laws, so they produce it as not for human consumption. There is a reason our grandfathers and great grandfathers didn’t mess with this stuff.

My bro went from making 100k a year to now homeless and it only took a year.

What you people who seem to be defending "Bathe Salts" don't seem to realize or if you do realize it you fail to explain to others that there's a new chemical flavor of the month constantly being produced and everyone's chemical make up may be similar but reactions can be altogether different.

So just because baths salt exhibit A doesn't effect you adversely it does not mean that bath salt a or b may not drive someone else criminally insane.

Not buying into the official story, when there hasn't been a single confirmation that this suspected drug is responsible does not mean people are defending the use of drugs.

It simply means we don't buy the official story that using bath salts makes people exhibit cannibalistic behavior.

Using these drugs is stupid, however, the official story has no merit and is full of holes, IMO.

New synthetic research chemicals come out in droves every
month. Some are put on a shelf, some are sold, some are filed for patents ect. This has been going on for decades and bath salts have been around for just as long and the Idiots that choose to gamble with their brain chemistry are at fault.
Don't blame the chemists and the substance. Blame the user.
Or blame the war on drugs that makes safer alternatives like Cannabis and MDMA illegal so kids are forced to gamble with unknown research chemicals to achieve a "legal" high. Woman who died after taser 'high on bath salts'

A US woman tasered by police has died after an alleged drug-fuelled attack on her three-year-old son early Wednesday morning.

Police believe Pamela McCarthy, 35, was under the influence of the designer drug "bath salts" when she began punching and choking the toddler while making "growling" noises, the Utica Observer-Dispatch reports.

Stark naked, McCarthy then chased after two teenagers who were playing basketball in the upstate New York village of Munnsville, before trying to strangle a dog.

After unsuccessfully trying to handcuff and pepper spray her, a trooper used a taser to shock her.

McCarthy died at a nearby hospital, with an autopsy revealing she had had a heart attack two or three days earlier.

One of the teens she ran towards told 9WSYR-TV that he will remember the attack for a long time.

"You don't always see an old woman running around nude," she said.

"It's just not an everyday thing."

McCarthy's son was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.

Bath salts were at the centre of another psychotic incident when a naked man was shot by Miami police while chewing the face of a homeless man.
