yes its always been leaning check out the vids from last year on you tube.

Typhoons, hurricanes, cyclones ..... prepare for the worst and hope for the best ....... trying to predict the course and intensity is an inexact science ...... you can only predict 'most likely scenario' but anything can happen .... I agree with the poster who said for a level one/category 5, once you have done all you can to prepare all that is left is to bunker down and drink up while saying your prayers...may the Gods be with the people of Japan

It didn't lean as much as it is now, because i used to watch a bird that liked to perch on top, so i remember it's position was further to the left.

I dont get the fuss, we have Typhoons all the time, its rainy season.The storm will turn into a burp and a fart when it hits mainland.I think you guys cry to much over small things too much.

Yep, that's about right. Just look at Chelyabinsk, four Chernobyl style events, and they forgot to tell anybody. No evacuations and people are still living there. Doctors were forbidden to say anybody died of cancer due to radiation, until just recently.

melt downs, melt throughs 24/7 releases of something that should be contained but is not... unstable and useless environment.. storms and earthquakes... yup ... nothing to see here... move along the Janga line.....

Even if this storm weakens I doubt it will be a non-event. Once a storm gets this large it just doesn't go away by itself. Even if it weakens and slows this is still going to be a storm for Japan. At least for the people there it will be!
