hi C,long time no talk...i got all the light i needed,and i fell to what i was against,greed and selfishness...the new doses will now be now cut in HALF and don't stay on the top of the pyramid...when i got all the light i didn't stop in time..result,i thought i had the flu,when i did stop dec.8 without tampering down...bad idea,i have lost 65 pounds from 195 and i am fighting for my life with hyperthyroidism..and the new dose's are safe.. after 40 pounds i thought it was the flu so stupid is as stupid does..i took 4 1/8ths at a time the end of January and out came the junkfood my mom was bringing over..it looks like i was bee hit all over my torso...REMEMBER CUT THE LAST DOSE SOMEONE HELPED POST FOR ME IN HALF AS I AM BANNED TEMPORARY AND ON MY DAUGHTERS COMPUTER...DONT worry i am turning the corner and i will be the first dumb ass to overdose on a good thing..i am taking 20 mgs of the thyroid medicine for 3 weeks and getting better.i had all the light and sadly i wanted more...i am the first ever case in the stupid is as stupid does i have become famous in a bad way,lol..i missed the clue of the priest throwing the victim down the step pyramid and he remained the only one meaning just another month..forgive me,i am paying for it...make sure when you get to the last 1/24th to then tapered down every other 5 days< here is the 5th age...cut all does in half in the previous post,by a another friend.so you will probly have to figure the milligrams in 1/24th level teaspoon,1/64th then 1/32th then go back down..go up and go back down...my apologies believe me i have learned many lessons and have endangered my friends and please stick to the new doses and 'god' diet.

Yeah Ceti, I went from 1/64, to 1/32, to 1/16, then to 1/8. All for a month but then only 1/8 for about two weeks. I must have realized that I was getting too much iodine. I then tapered back down to 1/64 and almost got a goiter, but I believe it was diet related too. Then I bumped back to 1/32 for a week and then tapered off with kelp. I then found out about ray peat who designed a diet to optimize thyroid function. I'm doing great without the PI nor much kelp, other than some kelp in sushi and the fish I eat. I'm keeping up my natural sulfur intake from palm sugar, sulfur is rumored to keep the brain clean. Awesome dreams every night, tons of deja vu. The dreams are so vivid that I consider them experiences more than dreams. Nonetheless still awesome and cool. And I always wear PIneal symbolism (black with red/orange on the inside). Red/orange is copper, the pineal organ, and black is carbon, the cerebral cortex. When copper rubs on carbon it creates electricity, this is what creates energy for our body. Thanks for your help in cleaning out my brain, but I did almost get a very bad reaction from coming off the iodine too quickly. I don't think going from 1/8 to 1/64 is a good idea. Maybe tapering slower would be better. I also think kelp is a valuable tapering agent.

Hello, I have read most of the information on all the websites I have found you posting on. I am not sure how long you have been taking KI, I do not post on the internet, this is my first. But after being on KI 2grams a day for 2 years, all health issues are resolved.. But I did get flu like symptoms every change of season for the first year, this last year I have never been sick. The reason I am posting, you do not stress the importance of selenium - I am on 1200mcg - any lower and the KI starts having a bad effect on the body, selenium protects your thyroid and all tissues, plus enables your T4 hormone to turn into a T3.It also removes all the heavy metals. Another thing, I consume 8 litres of water a day, any less I can taste the KI.
The way I started Iodine, 1 drop a day of lugols for a week, then 2 for a week, then 3 for a week.. and so on. after a year I was on 52 a day split into 4 doses. Then started on the SSKI. Gold interferes with the bodies ability to hold onto selenium, Therefor do not ingest it. Selenium is a bigger secret then Iodine, plus we only mine 3000t a year compared to 30000t for Iodine. The heaviest element that should be present in your body is Iodine.
I assume you know the reason for life is Iodine? Figured out the dna helix? Heres a pointer, look at a carbon nanotube doped with Iodine.
