Nice OP! Part of your explanation (advice) could have been ... More/Better education! LOL! However, I'm intrigued by the comments on this blog. Your Definition of nutrient intake is the first hurdle. After 10 years of (what I thought was proper nutrition/body shaping) ABUSE has lead me to be bald prior to 40 years. I'm enlightened by my new education, and thirst for a leaner and more transparent vessel.
