Georg Grodzki, being interviewed on Bloomberg, says it's too expensive to keep Greece in Euro.

Just printing money to hold it together can't work in the long run because they're not actually fixing any of the problems!

Protests in Spain and Portugal over the weekend.

My kids finish school this Friday and then we're out of here and moving back to England. I'd rather watch this implosion from afar and the UK might not be in great shape but it's not anywhere near as bad as here!

Call it what you like but my kids come first and what do you think my eldest son will do when he finishes school at the end of this week? Under 25s have 52% unemployment and to top it off he's a foreigner so what chance do you think he has if we stay here?

That could be funny but we live inland from the Costa del Sol tourist area so things here aren't as bad as other areas of Spain. However, bars and restaurants are closing because there aren't enough tourists. No chance of even getting a job pouring Fosters and cooking shrimp on barbies.

By the way, most of his Spanish friends are planning to join the military because there's nothing else for them to do and their parents are struggling financially.
