It does. And remember when preparing physically/mentally that you do not forget your spiritual side. Because when things get really chaotic and all you have is you then the spiritual becomes really important even to agnostics and atheists. It really is best to explore this side before tshtf because God can and will guide you as what to do. Some may be led to prep like mad because they will be preparing for others. Some may not be led to prep because they will have to leave their homes at a second's notice. Let God's spirit guide you as to what you should do because we all are individuals.
