Makes you wonder why all the smoke-and-mirrors tactics if they truly believe their definition of "natural born citizen" is the correct one.

If they believe a person is "natural born" simply by virtue of coming out of the womb on U.S. soil, regardless of the parents citizenship status, then why not just argue that point to the judge.
