Could be true but I find it hard to believe.....
I think just more fear bullshit...unless they're growing the wrong flowers!

Yep your probably right it had to be the poor lady who was committing the awful crime of having a garden. Maybe they should drag her into the streets and stone her for "growing the wrong flowers"! They certainly were the wrong flowers, probably because they were edible! Self sufficiency is now a crime. Bet those officers will never remove real overgrown weeds!
