As a king or a leader of a nation - GOD holds him responsible for not only his own acts, but the direction of his nation under his rule. If I were this guy I would NOT want to be meeting those demons that will be coming up from hell to claim his immortal soul. I feel sorry for the poor creature actually. Although many will rightfully argue that he's going to get no more than he deserves... But even for all the evil and murders and every other horrid thing he has done - I hate to think of him spending eternity in hell.
