(some 15 km +- not so far)

in the second video after seeing the motion,
i saw very similiar motion, just like pastic bags will do in wind, rocks are sometimes holding it, then releasing it..

the third vid, can be also a colored ball, stuck in rocks, reflecting light (shattering in wind)

just my first impressions

If you watch the second video towards the end, it looks like something more than plastic bags.

She is filming them from 5 km these bags are 5 meter long and all over the mountain, they are all the same model without signs white and shiny but sometimes they turn black, some of you are way more then idiots.
