Tuesday night is the wind of 20 mph blowing West(back over the island) and a predicted 1 and half inches of rain. The direction of the wind might be the key, but powerful winds are not predicted. Hope this helps.

sometimes the rain just came straight up...Jenny and I were like peas and carrots

but the little flowers are just swaying in the breeze, yet the water dropplets pay no mind to Gravity...they just hand on in their 45 degree slant...dropping 45 degrees right to left...is it cold enough to freeze the dropplets to the lense, the pretty little flowers suggest no, not possiable

sometimes the rain was little bitty drops, and sometimes the rain was great big drops...but always the rain was smeared in its 45 degree pattern here in Fukushmia

ALERT the rain is now at a 53 degree slant/smear...is the wind picking up, pr has the Earth just rotated and realined on a new axis...I DON"T KNOW

WATCH THE ORANGE LIGHT ON THE BUILDING TO THE LEFT, IT FLICKERS, AND THE BOTTOM LEVEL FULLY DISAPPEARS, WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE?

just saying, that light wasnt on last night as Ive been watching this feed for 40 hours...and it is casting onto the building, and as far as I know light isnt effected by water so Im curious as to the flicker effect

Rain is going to hit the lens at different angles because the damn camera is in a plastic sphere and when the wind blows against it, the air spreads out in all directions over the front of the sphere, pushing the droplets in many different ways across it. How the damn rain hits the camera's protective shell is irrelevant to ANYTHING. You're overreacting on an 'off the chart' level, and just wasted GLP's MySQL database and Hard disk space posting such an absurd thread. Idiot.
