I have been concerned about the potential of a devastating U.S. East Coast tsunami originating in the Canary Islands as a result of “future visions” that I was shown during a near-death experience on July 2, 1984.

I visited the Canary Island in November 2004 to study the potential threat. I now believe that the recent activity on El Hierro should be taken very seriously and that a devastating tsunami may be “imminent.” I first published a notice of my concerns about the activity on El Hierro on August 1, 2011 when approximately 400 earthquakes were reported over a several week period.  The total number of quakes now reported over the past five weeks has exceeded 4200. The majority of the tremors range between 1 and 3 magnitude. However, more than 431 earthquakes, including one measuring 3.5 were recorded on one day alone - August 22, 2011.

What makes the El Hierro situation even more ominous is the following: A mere 50,000 years ago, geologically speaking,  as a result of seismic tremors, a giant piece of El Hierro island cracked off, crashed into the Atlantic Ocean, and created a tsunami over 100 metres high that reached as far as the North American continent.

Unfortunately, this ancient event describes exactly what I had been shown as a "potential" event in the future of our lifetimes. Therefore, I suggest that readers consider watching even more closely the seismic events that are happening now in the Canary Islands.

OK. The woman saw and heard something that she believes was Jesus. If it wasn't then what do you suppose it was? And if it was not Jesus, how do you differentiate between those who think they really did see him and those who either hallucinated it or are just lying?

This woman, if she is not lying, seems convinced that it was the real deal. When this prediction - not IF, but WHEN - fails to occur, will you believe that she saw and heard something other than Jesus or will you believe that Jesus was just jerking her chain?

Then, ask yourself if that was really Jesus that you saw or was it something else like what this woman saw.

Prophecies can change depending on the group conciousness and how many people change and repent. Then the prophecy is considered successful if it does not happen because it warned the people in advance and enough changes were made to eithier delay or cancel all together a prophecy. I do not neccisarily believe it will happen we do not know. It does not make me doubt my own experiences with my savior jesus christ.

A 9.0 quake is not capable of ripping a continent apart. We had a 9.3 in 2004 and Indonesia is still there....

There have been very credible prophecies come to fruition from similar Catholic people who are devoted to constant prayer.

I studied this many years ago. Although I am no longer a practicing Catholic ( now more non-denominational Christian), I do put credence in this particular prophecy.

I suggest that we pray for those who do not know Christ personally for God to have mercy on them.

Anything that draws us to our knees on behalf of others is a good thing. It could happen in June or sometime later, but today is the best time to pray for our country, our world, and all people who leave this earth today through a clamity or just natural death.

There are probably 5 of these God's gonna get you predictions daily on GLP alone and they never come to pass, so by your logic, those prophecies are considered successful because of group conciousness and how many people changed and repented. If this were true, why does your God turn right around and threaten people with more doom all over again?
