I honestly believe this is real. I've been in a similar situation but the being was interested in my brother who was seven or eight at the time. One night I remember seeing him sleeping on the couch and his legs in the air going in a circular motion before it yanked him and I ran to go grab him. I have this weird defense mechanism thing where I smile or laugh when I'm scared so I'm not doubting anything in the video because he seemed to be smiling. The chair part looked a little fake but the yanking of the leg looks far too familiar.
