Further research, found something far more and very different
U.S. Army Hazardous Materials ( HazMat ) team as well as local authorities actually understood this homeless man's clothes contained chemicals far more serious than odiferous urine, feces, insectant ( Bug-Off ), pesticide ( Bug-B-Gone, Raid!, etc. ); photo ( below ):

Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, Florida was evacuated June 10 ( 2012 ) after a homeless man covered in unknown chemicals walked inside, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. The man reportedly came straight into the emergency room with the unknown chemical, affecting several employees. The hospital was closed. Patients were evacuated and sent to other hospitals.
