Project Star gate is the collective name for advanced psychic functioning or Remote viewing experiments and programs that were undertaken for over twenty years to create a trainable, repeatable, operational and if at all possible, accurate method of psychic spying or information gathering for the U.S. Military and intelligence agencies (CIA, NSA, DIA).

I have read McGoneagle, Dames, Brown, and others on RV'ing. The only guy that got a lot right was Ingo Swann. You can download his book Penetration on emule or torrent sites for free. Like all psychic work, it is not very accurate, and even when it is, the timing of events is especially problematic. I wouldn't sell your beachfront home over this prediction.

Well because RVing has never ever viewed anything which has been absolute proof that the thing works.

When RVing is wrong, then it's always something that happened in a different universe or a different timeline, gimme a break.

Also the military cut the funding to RVing cuz it was too hit and miss, so RVing died on its arse basically.

It still exists in a sense, people like Dames try and pimp out RVing lessons to openminded new age types.

It would be easy to prove RVing works to the world. Just write a simple message on a piece of paper, lock the piece of paper in a box, get someone to RV the box on national television and you'll prove it works. But nobody can do that.

Not sure if anyone is interested, but I came across this tonite. It's more information about remote viewing, and it goes thru a small tutorial to try it yourself. Obviously more for entertainment value then disaster preparedness.

I'm gonna try it later in the week when the house is a little quieter. This would probably be more fun for those that enjoy meditating.

Realistically tsunamis can be expected on any coastline anywhere in the world, the survivors will be those who prepare for that eventuality. The West Coast's big problem is the floating debris and water borne plume of Fukushima radiation that is NOT diluting, the only guess work is when it comes ashore, if it will evaporate and rain down inland, and what sort of cleanup and disposal plan will the govt enact to deal with it. So yes, if you have a West Coast beach house I would sell it and look for something east of the Rockies. On the subject of remote viewing, I see it like dreaming vs. ESP, your mind subconciously sorts through the most likely scenarios to any given situation you expect to encounter, when you actually do face that situation it is sort of a genetic selection/evolution survival technique you already have a clue how to respond.

so if remote viewing is such shit, why has our military been doing it for so long?

What I don't understand is they did this experiment in 2008
And they have not done any further experiments to:

1. see if we're still on the same timeline

2. try a smaller scale experiment to see into the immediate future (say 1-3 months) and see if THAT is a real timeline we're looking at

3. narrow down when the event or events occur and where they occur so to reduce the damage when the event comes (eg. temporary evacuation of a city so nobody dies when the event happens)

I know remote viewing works, but they need to be more comprehensive about it if they ever want to convince the mainstream scientific community that it works

I for one am NOT convinced this is a timeline that I will enter into

hmmmmm....that's a really good question, and to be honest, I hadn't really thought about *where* the ability comes from. I think I was just following the idea that we are all capable of rv'ing....but would just need to practice to find our skill level.

I mean, we're talking hypothetically here, or at least I am, cuz I'm not sure if this is real or fantasy.

Someone a cpl posts up ^ referred to it as being of the 'occult'.....but why would anyone say it's evil? Or even good? Wouldn't the act itself be more neutral until the information was used in some way?

If the remote viewer was trying to get information from the future to use in a positive way, does that make him/her good? What if the viewer was the only one to benefit from the information? Good? Bad? What if millions benefitted?

Or what if the remote viewer was trying to obtain information for the sole purpose to use in a negative way, such as genocide, nuclear weaponry, or any other way in which would allow them to kill their enemies on a massive scale. We'd agree that this person was evil, right?

Until I find evidence to suggest otherwise, I think I'll keep to the 'we can all do it if we set our minds to succeed' theory. And for those that need to label something as either 'good' or 'bad', wouldn't it make more sense to label the viewer according to how the information obtained was used?
