The one and only time I went to Las Vegas I saw a very small man. I was sitting at a stoplight and glanced over to my left and saw a little dude in a red and white pinstriped suit wearing a straw hat. He was walking beside the sidewalk underneath the bushes. And he didn't have to duck. He was maybe six inches tall.

I did a triple take and he was still there. Then the light turned green and I hesitantly moved on.

I've never shared this story to anyone before....so here goes. One night I had to get up to use the bathroom. The walk to the BR and my use of the facilities was nothing out of the ordinary. On my return trip -- as I approached my bedroom door to reenter it, I glanced to the right. There, in all St,Paddy's Day finery was a 3 foot tall LEPRECHAUN! I didn't think a thing of it,and even said, "Oh, excuse me," as I proceeded to exit the hall and return to bed. It was only after I successfully reclaimed my bed that I came to the full realization of what actually transpired. I was not afraid and fell back to sleep immediately.

I still chuckle about my visitor and would love it if I had another chance to have a midnight encounter!

This is not a joke. I do not drink or do drugs. It actually was a very nice experience.
