This was not about preserving national security or our freedoms, it's about exactly the opposite. Just the same as he tries to block federal election laws requiring ineligible voters to be removed from the lists, or refused to prosecute the new black panthers for intimidating voters in 2008, or failure to enforce immigration law. But he sure has done a good job of suing states.  |

The last thing they need to worry about is the FBI. DHS is better armed than the military....FBI would last 5 minutes. FBI would be the ones on Obama/Holder's side in my hypothetical standoff, but I get your point. I would imagine, if Obama called in drone strikes to get out of this mess, that would pretty much be the end of him, though.
