You see...it's comments like this that make me kinda realize I've got it right when I take your comment with a grain of salt. To an ignorant person, your statement might make a lot of sense. But...to people who actually read, learn, practice, etc., your statement is foolishness and useless.

Karate IS A RELIGION, ask those who follow it "religiously". There is one other particular religion that is often associated with Karate, Zen Buddhism. Wether you are aware that you're practicing a religion or not doesn't matter. If I teach you my religious practices but never tell you they're in fact religious, it doesn't mean you're not practicing a religion. It just means you're doing something without knowledge or understanding of where it originated. If "gods" or "demons" or "fallen angels" have taught people to contact the spirits through certain poses and chants, then...when a person learns these poses and chants during an exercise session, the spirits are still going to be called through the poses and chants wether you meant to call them or not!
