Yup. The day earth becomes 100% solar power? The beginning of a new ice age because of all the glass reflecting sunlight. To power a single home takes about a football field worth of glass.

Not to mention the likely MILLIONS of tons of batteries that would be required.

The only way solar is feasible?

The PV cell would have to be replaced with something strong. not sure what but not glass. Then it would have to be in space and tethered to the ground.

Then the cells could receive more powerful sunlight not dimmed by the atmosphere, sunlight 24/7(no batteries required, you guys seem to forget about this thing called night time), and you wont have all the glass reflecting off the surface to effect the planets climate.



And this is just a stoner giving it a lil thought. You fools a so retarded. And they have you so fooled into thinking your smart and proactive when all your doing is confirming that we will fall for it again.


Oh and i totally forgot the vulnerability. Its glass people. Glass breaks. Not to mention the maintenance. Those panels? They get dirty? They take up less power. So they must be cleaned constantly. And theres ALOT of them. If theres a storm and they break? You lose power. A hurricane? entire areas would lose power. Not like now where its back on in a week. Like your out of power for weeks untill you get new panels.

But dont worry. If you only have to replace just the panels and your battery bank and other infrastructure remains in tact? yay its only gonna be about 100k for just the panels.

Oh and the batteries. I dont know for sure but id expect they are also very expensive, and probably couldnt lsat more than 10 years before theyd have to be replaced.

Solar would create a great volume of battery waste. Enough that may even rival the nuclear waste its replacing.

Only 3% of electricity is solar in Germany, and it's intermittent. You cannot run industry on PV. You cannot even produce PV with energy from PV.

You realize all the pollution caused to make solar panels batteries inverters wind turbines right?
It causes more pollution to make the crap than any pollution savings in the life of running it.
Remember these things do not last for 50 years they have a life span and then they have to be replaced.
Clean coal is far more efficient and causes less pollution but the Marxist extremists don't get rich from it.

i do not agree with your formula, however this is something that needs to be addressed in R&D, finding recyclable materials and longer life spans for solar panels.

The fact of the matter is this, Germany was able to funnel in 22 gigawatts of energy with their NEW Solar and Wind Energy Setup. Can you read English donkey brain addlepate?

Oh and i was only talking about solar. So lets talk about wind.

Now take all the glass reflecting sun light. now you also have wind turbines slowing the wind speedon the planet as well.

If we start to interfere with this, we dont have enough foresight to consider the effects.

As i said the only real feasible solution is to have some sorta titanium type of solar panels in space, tethered to the ground. This is the only way solar is feasible.

But of course i think that perpetual energy is available as well. IMO well be able to get all our power from magnetics in the future.

But all these alternative means we see now? Garbage. And not even close to what BILLIONS of dollars of research would come up with. Ergo, its a goddamn lie. You think this is all theyve come up with? Solar,wind,tidal? REally?

Where ever you got that its not true, Germany won't stop till 2022 so get your facts straight you sad fool... People need to look up more facts behind stuff before they post! Listen, Solar power is good and I agree it is helpful but in the future the sun does not have enough solar flares to provide the world with energy. Many places like the tropics have intense rainstorms for good parts of the month some almost 6 days a week at off and on times. Solar energy would be able to produce in such areas, yes they will have good days but most are random. Nuclear energy is a long lasting source and it doesn't kill everything around. If you want to know the real facts of nuclear energy and not some smock with the idea that she knows best. Hit me up on the post and ill provide you with a base of 5 things that Solar, Hydro, Wind Etc. Can't do compared to nuclear... Really, Germany needed the nuclear for a long time due to its intense amount of population and factories. Take into consideration of why they switched. Look more into it yourselves you'll feel smarter! Just because a half-wit thinks that Germany is the savior just watch what happened when they do switch fully... Solar energy cannot full power a place for about 10-20 years to its maximum effect, during that time Nuclear Energy will be the thing providing the energy, so go take your environment shit and stuff it. like I said want more then post me back.
