Since when is the "active law license" a legal requirement for the US president? "...Federal Judge gave her the choice between surrendering her license or standing trial for Insurance fraud!...."

If he didn't have a law license, he couldn't be a professor of Constitutional Law. Obama served three terms representing the 13th District in the Illinois Senate from 1997 to 2004. He didn't need an active law license for that, neither he need it now. Can you prove that an active law license is a requirement for a tenure? *
