Data is taken at a rate of 25,000 times a second, processed by onboard computers and relayed to scientists on the ground. But, I figured there were not many people who have seen this. And, I think it is absolutely incredible... Quoting: Anonymous Coward 18286237 It wasn't edited. I was in contact with the guy that ended up recording the live broadcast. He started a thread on it. Thread: NASA's $2 billion Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer ON ISS ... Quoting: Swinging on SpiralsIts definitely not a lens flare. So you think it's an Alien ship then hey I don't know what it is, but that's damn interesting. Yeah I thought the same when I was recording it. It looks like it's in the distance. I should make a close up video of it. I'm sure some will by the end of the day. Those things just live in the outer space, and they are not rational creatures! They are just animals, like the regular Jellyfish in the deep ocean! |

The larger portion of it was the back of the person ... with the oxygen and propulsion pack. The two dangling bits were the legs/feet. The 2nd video made it so much more clearer. Remember, in space/vacuum, the astronauts can't move all that fast, so they move slow ... very similar to what that object was doing. |

Um, what would an astronaut be doing just floating around out there, instead of working on something? Anyway, I don't think they needed to do a spacewalk on that mission. Yes, we have seen a lot of NASA video with these "jellyfish" type of creatures on them. This is an excellent example, and one of the best close up of an idvividual, giving a much better approximation of it's size than any of the others I have seen because of the close proximity of it to the equipment. I wonder if NASA has captured any of these and studied or carried out experimentation on them; I am sure they have or at least have attempted to do it. If these are similar to the bioluminescent jellys of the deep ocean; I wonder what these feed on? It is looking as if life forms are able to survive in any type of environment. What an awesome universe we live in. |
