the pod on the end of the arm looks superimposed like its been edited, you can see this by the blurring of the pic, the whole pic should look complete and no blurring, like some as tampered with the picture and added the jelly fish.

Earth's atmosphere is a bubble of air in an ocean of dark waters. That's water out there!

Ummm, it looked like an astronaut doing a space walk.
The larger portion of it was the back of the person ... with the oxygen and propulsion pack. The two dangling bits were the legs/feet. The 2nd video made it so much more clearer. Remember, in space/vacuum, the astronauts can't move all that fast, so they move slow ... very similar to what that object was doing.

We are the nanobots and the universe is one cell in a larger organism.

Great post OP. Yes, we have seen a lot of NASA video with these "jellyfish" type of creatures on them. This is an excellent example, and one of the best close up of an idvividual, giving a much better approximation of it's size than any of the others I have seen because of the close proximity of it to the equipment. I wonder if NASA has captured any of these and studied or carried out experimentation on them; I am sure they have or at least have attempted to do it. If these are similar to the bioluminescent jellys of the deep ocean; I wonder what these feed on? It is looking as if life forms are able to survive in any type of environment. What an awesome universe we live in.
