I agree that the NASA data suggest a man-made cause. But, so far I have found no evidence that the lead scientist in the study claimed HAARP was responsible.

While HAARP may have been the cause, that suggestion seems to have been made by a journalist.

In a related way, I found inexcusable errors in the Forecast of Typhoon Songda, by the Japanese Meteorological Agency (JMA). That storm struck Japan on May 29th, 2011. It further damaged the Fuskushima facility, and, of course, the plant workers admitted they were unprepared

It was clear from every sequential model(s) forecast that the storm would strike Japan. Nevertheless, the JMA altered each succeeding forecast to a "preferred track" that did not.

Similarly, the Japanese government, deliberately mislead the public, by hiding radiation forecasts, for fear of causing panic. The government publicly admitted this deception in the last two weeks or so.

I am not a conspiracy guy, but I have noted peculiar weather and geological events that coincide almost exactly in time--but not in place, throughout in the world.

It makes me think of an arrogant art forger, who must write his signature on his work, in a place, he thinks, no one will look.

Is it possible that HAARP receives its marching orders from the group known as the Bilderbergs?

I sometimes hear that they have an agenda to create world-wide chaos, and then rise from the ashes to explicitly emerge as the new global rulers.

Japan makes the perfect test-target for electromagnetic weapons. It sits on an incredibly active , and deadly fault zone, and it is smack in the middle of "Typhoon Alley". The government is afraid to speak truthfully to the public, and the people may also defer their own survival instincts---for the good of the greater community.

It's an Island, and there is no escape from environmental disaster.

Is it possible, that Japan is the first target, because it's also the easiest to
destroy?

Is it possible that Japan is the new military training ground for a power-hungry, greedy orgnanization, that wishes to control the relatively few who survive
an apocryphal global war ?
