It was catastrophic...And there were lootings left and right and people were displaced out of homes.

I have a large extended family. We have a land trust of 65 acres and several family members own land adjacent to it. We have all served in the army and were raised on a family farm (that same 65 acres). We are armed quite well with lots of ammo. We shoot a lot. We have gardens and animals. We have some food stckpiled, not years worth, but several months worth. If a hoard of looters come to that place for easy pickings they will discover their lack of combat skills. I have faith in myself and the abilities of my family members. It would be a duck shoot.

The Government of each land will have emergency plans and contingency like food depots and Military Order checkpoints to calm the civilians in a catastrophe.

The Impact that took out the grid, along with the crippling of the Governments in simultaneous world war left many cities and towns without electricity or deliveries. Military and police were stretched thin and it appeared to be every man for himself.

Heres the stark reality.

A group of 50-200 black youths can take anything in a emergency when supplies run low. the grid shuts down, The lights go out. The blacks thru comraderie and their close brotherhood would collect together at a blink of an eye. They would be the survivors of TSHTF cause they can muscle arm all the remaining food and supplies and form groups faster than you can say -

Meanwhile all the whites are separated from eachother cause we were so busy with our jobs and divorces and IPADs and numbed out on porn, we couldnt congregate groups fast enough for survival. Our first instinct would be to barricade in our homes or flee.

Any ranches, farms would simply be taken over by the gangs so dont seek refuge there, unless youre in some remote mountain pass.

Physically they are superior and they know that strength is in group mentality and the ability to collect in numbers together..

They do have the power to survive over the rest of us . Think of this. They will be the first groups to descent on the stores to get the last supplies when TSHTF . And the stores will be cleaned out in hours and then the houses and residences are next.

If there was no high tech weapons or facilities, who really would be the surviving last race on earth?

In comparison, the white mans idea on survival is hoarding. I believe we all have the hoarding instinct cause Im a hoarder too. and it seems to be ingrained in us to like things and acquire things and hoard like a squirrel.

Its smart thinking, but unless you have a vast underground facility, eventually perishable supplies and food run out and along with hoarding comes isolation cause theres not enough to share with others.

The black race will have a indefinate superiority with their immediate instinct and reaction time of group formation and sharing with eachother. The sheer numbers and strength of a group could muscle their way to fresh supplies.

The first step of any group would be to take over an abandoned warehouse as shelter and fortress and acquire vehicles with a full tank of gas. The warehouse will be protected thru armed guards and watchmen are rotated while others are sent out to garner food and supplies.

You can guess the rest...
Lets hope it never gets to this point.

Hopefully we can collect together regardless of color and think of some emergency plans. Settle in a valley with seed banks to start a agricultural co op and encourage small flocks of ranching animals to reproduce.

One such co op formed and failed due to lack of management and money.

No, the people of Hurricane Katrina, they thought what they always think, that if they abandoned New Orleans then their FEMA aid wouldn't be as great as it would if they stayed. Many many people did benefit from Katrina, now living in homes they never had, I live in this region, and I know first hand. There were sad stories, don't get me wrong, I've got plenty of my own to tell, so please don't get me wrong, that I'm not empathetic, or even sympathetic, because I am, but the truth of what went on in New Orleans is not what you saw on TV

Those that were smart, knew that it was coming, and they got out. Help should have arrived much quicker, and no, I don't believe that the goverment, fema, blundered that situation like they made it look. I think yes, there was a method of experimentation going on there. What exactly, I'd not even delve into that, but yes, I do agree. However, where would you place yourself in that? What I'm saying is this. If you lived on the streets of New Orleans, in a neighborhood, and that happened, you have no way of knowing whether you'd have stayed, hopefully not, or went. If you stayed, what percentage of your neighbors would have held to their promise and stayed. Who would have left that wasn't supposed to leave, taking perhaps the medications for your group or posse. Taking the foods? The first aid? The gold? So much more I could say, but do you see? The person that stayed, that had his shit together, did just fine, the one that didn't, ran out of ammo, got trapped in his attic, drowned in a panic. Got shot in a looting and piled on a bridge. The best thing you can do is to prepare yourself. If in that preparedness, a situation happens, if there are those around you that can be collected, they will be collected. If not, you will survive, because you trusted the only person you could. you. When hurricane Rita hit, they shut down Houston's surrounding roads, the POLICE DID! They weren't letting anyone through, that's why 3 million people were stuck on the freeway. Let me tell you that I was watching that on TV from the Frio river, before I went out to go tubing and have some beers with my family. I traveled the same distance everyone else did, only I was there 18 hours before they got there, because I didn't go with the group, or the organization, I trusted myself. As should you. The group will lead you to your end my friend. Few and fierce!

If you think that after some hugely catastrophic event, that you're going to walk out your front door and count heads of those present in your neighborhood organization, maybe watch Eli. It's not going to be like that. They'll O R G A N I Z E you, for you. Don't worry about organizing. You talk about collecting together by your neighborhood. The government's covered your bases for you. You'll be organized front and center to a helpful FEMA camp coming to a town near you. Only thing is, that you won't be free to protect or feed yourself at will. Better re think your barricade and hidey hole. Better know everything is censored too. Better think and re-think everything, and when you're done, know that the best thing you can do for yourself is to prepare all the essential supplies that you can comfortably carry on a long journey, and know that unless you have a crystal ball, there is absolutely nothing else you can be sure of other than yourself.
