Does Brazil have nuclear capability, i.e. a nuclear bomb?
I know the other BRICS countries have. They don't have enouigh food but they do have nuclear bombs. Go figure.
Brazil should leave without nukes, Pakistan can fill the gap. Then it will be PRICS!
