It is very possible this is just practice for something they know is coming.. radiation from the coming ww3. The video shows recent chemtrailing and a storm front stopped cold.

i think we are gonna see a whole new form of cancer real soon...they are contaminating the water supply messing with nature and for what reason? because they want to control weather? dumb move by the government... you cannot play GOD....when you change the balance of nature...it's destructive to another part of nature.

there is no good reason for Harrp to cause rain, and chemtrailing to stop rain.....it's destructive either way they do it.

in the last days, the WEATHER becomes a weapon....this may be the seed planting that will cause the Weather to be so severe; it's destructive.
