The mall will likely be condemned as the owner has clearly hoped for or intended since first purchasing this derelict building, in hopes of cashing in on the insurance money. Why else would he have put off making such critical repairs when he was advised half a decade ago it would collapse if not properly attended to. He and his son have effectively finished off that unfortunate town with their homemade lighting.

The numerous parallels with "Lucky Larry" and his WTC buildings are too alarming to ignore. We should not be too surprised to later discover that taking out the town center was all part of maneuvering to empty it in order to secure the local uranium deposits for pennies on the dollar. Money is almighty God to these primative folks and people are considered worthless expendable "beasts" in their extremely backwards culture.
