That Whicked Witch from the West should shut up. Turkey had no business flying into Syrian airspace to spy on Latakia base of Russia. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 18501707 I asked the question before and got no answer. What would happen if ANY country flew their jet TOWARDS Israel's airspace or USA's? I say "APPROACH"! I think you all know what I mean. FUCK Turkey and FUCK Shillary Well, the Russians entered in Indian airspace and they were escorted and landed at Mumbai. The incident was solved and no shot was fired against anyone. The turkish pilots are now with Spongebob. Do you see any difference? [link to www.ndtv.com] India...what a comparison. I think we got a little different situation going on right there with Syria being attacked from outside and having its people massacred. Turkey went to spy on the Russian base, and I'm pretty sure they knew they'd get shot down, they sent them on a suicide mission. I bet Hillary had a climax hearing about it getting shot down...heck, maybe they even watched live. Now please you go and fly towards Israel and not respond when asked to turn around. Come back and post what happened - if you still can. |

Soooo Hillary is saying that Syria was wrong for downing a plane over their territory??? So I guess that means Syria can come over to the US and fly a fighter plane over US Airspace and not worry about being shot down? |

I think you all know what I mean. FUCK Turkey and FUCK Shillary Happens all the time. It was quite routine for Soviet bombers to "wander" into US airspace, not just approach, but actually enter. Did we shoot any of them down ? No, they were asked to leave. So put that in your pipe and smoke it. US and Russia - during cold war they would have gotten shot down...now not so much. It can happen yes, Israel constantly flies into Lebanon and they never shot them down either....yet. Syria is at a state of war, being attacked, and Turkey is helping. They sent those guys to spy on a Russian base, different story. |

Israel is surrounded by countries who have attacked them in some moment of their short history, in case any incoming unindentified plane which refused to answer comes, israel will scramble some planes(Plenty time to do that) or if this is not possible, they would shoot at them and end of the story. But the syrians haven´t do that!! If Syria has suspicions that some airplane from the same country that is supplying you with +30% of your electricity has entered in your airspace, i would say: What are you doing here? Get out of here!... But this is not what has happened, as you know. |

"It is yet another reflection of the Syrian authorities' callous disregard for international norms, human life, and peace and security," Clinton said in a written statement. Clinton said she spoke with Turkish Foreign Minister Davutoglu on Saturday to convey "grave concern" about the downing of a Turkish F-4 fighter jet by Syrian forces. U.S. to work with Ankara to find suitable response for Syria shooting down jet NATO has said it will discuss Turkey’s accusations, while Britain, another member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, has offered support for “robust” international action. Clinton reaffirmed U.S. support for the Turkish government and American solidarity with the Turkish people. “We will maintain close contact with Turkish officials as they continue to investigate the incident and determine Turkey’s response, including in the Security Council,” she said. “We will work with Turkey and other partners to hold the Assad regime accountable.” Turkey-Syria relations have already been strained by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s outspoken condemnation of the Assad’s regime’s bloody crackdown, which rights activists say has killed more than 15,000 people since March 2011. “Turkey has been a leader in the international community’s effort to address the Syrian regime’s violence against its own people,” said Clinton. Of course she did. She's creaming her crusty yeast-foul man suit pants as the easy liar she is. No suffering is too great, no false blame too blatant as long as an ancient culture is shaken by the ankles until their pockets are emptied of art, treasure, history and national identity falling into awaiting america-bound cargo ships. Oh yes. And kill as many hapless innocents as possible and their pets as well just trying to get their a$$es through the day. Bomb the hospitals too. Last Edited by DawaSatso on 06/24/2012 05:16 PM |

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Sunday said she had spoken with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu about Friday's incident. "The foreign minister briefed me on the specifics of the incident, including that the Syrian military shot its plane down without warning," Clinton said in a statement. "The United States condemns this brazen and unacceptable act in the strongest possible terms. It is yet another reflection of the Syrian authorities' callous disregard for international norms, human life and peace and security." The Turkish Foreign Ministry said Sunday it considers the action to be a hostile act. Turkey delivered the message in a diplomatic note to the Syrian consulate in Istanbul, calling the incident "a hostile movement," ministry spokesman Selcuk Unal told CNN. Turkish search-and-rescue teams found the wreckage of the fighter jet in the Mediterranean Sea on Sunday, about 1,300 meters (4,260 feet) underwater, he said.
