Why judging people according to the avatar/picture they take
I just came across upon some comments made to another poster.
"You can't take the devil picture and expect good karma".

Are you all so judgmental to rate people according to pictures and not to what is really written from the person. Is a person writing "Namaste" at the end of every post automatically of the holiest and somebody fancying dragons a nasty one?

What had become of judging people not from the looks but from the fruits (I have to use this reference because only religious people would be bothered by somebody calling himself/herself the devil).
What had become of only when the inner will be same as the outer, man as woman you will see the realm of God.

Quit being judgmental this is doing no-one good. Such acts of judgmental pattern brings you to run blindly after people just because of a name, forgetting to switch on your brain and weight down the message.

I applause people having the guts showing officially on this forum as a negative picture and standing up for what they think. This world needs people standing for themselves and not some brain watered marshmallows.

**Now you can give me red, slowly I think this is the only possible way to show own opinion**

Oh come on. You chose certain avatar for a reason. You can't put a devil or something obviously evil and not be evil yourself.

Why not, I have done it too at a time. Evil people are taking deity avatars.

And why would somebody chose a "dark" avatar if he doesn't identify with it at least a little? Of course he may not realize it, could be subconcious, but that doesn't change the fact.

So what does mine say about me then?

Am I evil or not evil?

I like skulls (yes I know my pic is not of a skull,) does that make me bad or good or what?

I understand that to like a picture and use it as an avatar we have to have some kind of a connection with it and its meaning.

Its meaning will be personal, such as my like for skull images , I have lots of tattoos that are skulls, the skull for me reminds me of my own mortality.

For other people it will mean something else.

What an image means for you on a personal level will tell you a lot about yourself, do you go with the flow or are you your own person.

I don't typically post avatars with my name, but it gives me a reference point when I'm scanning pages that I made a post to that particular thread. Lots to read here and anything that helps that move along is a good thing. Besides that, I like Maxfield Parrish illustrations.

Re: Why judging people according to the avatar/picture they take
Everybody chooses a picture that they believe suits them in some way. Yes, the avitar does tell you something about the person. You may be wrong as to exactly why. The avitar of the beautiful girl with the big boobs could just as easily be taken by the ugly girl who wishes she was beautiful and had big boobs, but it still tells you something.
